Honda CV40-80 Concrete Vibrator is a compact and efficient petrol-powered needle vibrator designed for effective consolidation of freshly poured concrete. Powered by the reliable Honda GX80 79.7 cc 4-stroke OHV petrol engine, it delivers 1.5 kW (2 HP) of net power at 3,600 rpm.

The CV40-80 is equipped with a 40 mm vibrator needle and a 6-metre flexible shaft, allowing efficient compaction around reinforcement, beams, columns, foundations and slabs. The vibration helps remove trapped air bubbles and voids from freshly placed concrete, improving density, bonding and overall concrete quality.

Its petrol-powered design allows operation at construction sites where electricity may not be readily available. The compact engine, recoil starting system and revolving PVC base make the machine convenient to handle and suitable for professional construction applications.
